Willy is Director of Portfolio Development at Salesforce Ventures, partnering closely with portfolio companies and executives across the Salesforce ecosystem to share expertise and accelerate growth.

He joined Salesforce Ventures from Salesforce’s Ignite team, where he led innovation engagements with Salesforce’s most strategic financial services customers. Prior to Salesforce, Willy led business development and go-to-market functions at multiple fintech startups, and began his career in strategy consulting and private equity, focusing on retail and consumer packaged goods. He holds a BA in Economics from Stanford and an MBA from Berkeley Haas.
