Caroline invests in Pre-Seed & Seed companies building critical infrastructure & delightful products across AI/ML and B2B SaaS. Since joining the team in 2022, Caroline helped launch the $500M Generative AI Fund and led several of its initial early-stage investments including Hearth, Tribble, Ensemble and others. She is passionate about diversifying the pool of founders and operators within the venture-backed ecosystem and develops internal and external initiatives to do so.

Prior to Salesforce Ventures, Caroline led Product and Go-to-Market Strategy at Quip. Ahead of joining Quip, Caroline worked in investment banking for two years and earned a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. Outside of work, she serves as a non-profit board member and after-school math tutor at Breakthrough San Francisco, which empowers educational experiences for students.
